Return Policy:

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To return your item, email us at support@muvorn.com within 3 days and our team will share the warehouse address with you.

You may use any courier service of your choice, return shipping is at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival and we reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these conditions.

Damages & Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your shoes upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect pair, contact us immediately at support@muvorn.com we'll review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges in case you need a different size or style. To request an exchange, email us at support@muvorn.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the new size or style needed.

• Ship the item back to our warehouse using any courier of your choice

• Return shipping is at your expense

• A flat fee of PKR 250 will be charged to cover handling and re-delivery

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
