We ship from Lahore Iqbal town

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available and takes 2-3 business days.

We process orders quickly, so your order may already be on its way. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. For faster delivery, we offer TCS Express for an additional PKR 500.

Returns and Exchanges

To exchange your order for a new size or style, email us at support@muvorn.com with your order number.

Our team will provide the warehouse address and you can ship it back using any courier of your choice,

return shipping is at your expense. Once received, we'll inspect the item for any signs of wear. If it passes inspection, we'll dispatch your replacement straight to your address.

Sizing and Fit

Leather naturally stretches and adapts to your feet over time, so a snug fit from the start is ideal.

Make sure the widest part of the shoe fits well to avoid excess creasing, and allow a little room in the toe box as that area won't mould to your foot.

Shoe Care

Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Allow to dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.

Apply a quality leather polish periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Gently brush with a soft suede brush to remove dirt after every wear especially important in dusty conditions.

Apply a suede protector spray to guard against moisture and stains, particularly during monsoon season.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the colour from fading in the heat.
